FAQ Are there really only 1500 tickets per night?

That is correct.  The capacity at the Hangar is an intimate 1500 people.

FAQ Can I still buy tickets?

Yes! Tickets are still available for Saturday March 2 and Sunday March 3.   However, Friday March 1 is sold out.

FAQ Where is the Hangar?

The Hangar is located at 3385 Pan American Dr, Miami, FL 33133.  It is part of the Coconut Grove coastline in Regatta Harbour.

FAQ What is the daily schedule?

FAQ What time do doors open each night?

Doors open at 5 pm on Friday and Saturday, 4:30pm on Sunday. *

FAQ Is it a standing or seated event?

The shows on the main stage are standing for GA and seated for VIP ticket holders.

FAQ What time does the nightly Legendary Montreux Jam Session start?

Doors for the Legendary Montreux Jam Session will open at 11pm. *

FAQ Is the Legendary Montreux Jam Session a separate ticket?

A limited number of Legendary Montreux Jam Session only tickets will be released.   GA+ and VIP tickets include access to the Jam Sessions.

FAQ Is Montreux Jazz Festival Miami rain or shine?

Yes, the Montreux Jazz Festival Miami is rain or shine.  There are no refunds.

FAQ Is there a bag policy?

Yes, there is a clear bag policy similar to professional sports arenas and festivals.  No backpacks will be allowed in the venue.  Only clear clutch, fanny pack or purses no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″ will be allowed through security.  

FAQ What items are prohibited?

The follow items are prohibited from entering the Montreux Jazz Festival Miami:

  • NO tents, umbrellas, or temporary structures of any kind
  • NO weapons, knives, or firearms of any kind, including any item that can be used as a weapon
  • NO narcotics, including marijuana, drug paraphernalia and any other illegal substances
  • NO backpacks, purses, or bags larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″
  • NO outside alcoholic beverages of any kind or outside food
  • NO chairs of any kind, including inflatable loungers
  • NO drones or any other remote flying devices
  • NO glow sticks
  • NO focused light devices, including laser pointers
  • NO air horns and/or megaphones
  • NO items intended for sale/promotion (including flyers, stickers and posters)
  • NO skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons and/or motorized carts
  • NO fireworks, sparklers, firecrackers, and/or incendiary or explosive devices of any kind
  • NO coolers of any kind
  • NO pets (service animals with current rabies vaccination excepted)
  • NO Video equipment of any kind (including personal camcorders and GoPro cameras)
  • NO professional photo equipment (SLR/DSLR cameras, detachable/removable lens
  • NO audio recording equipment of any kind
  • NO flags and/or flagpoles
  • NO selfie sticks

FAQ Is there re-entry?

There is no re-entry once you enter the site.   3-day ticket holders will have multi-day access.

FAQ Will there be food and drinks available?

Yes!  There will be curated dining options from some of Miami’s best restaurants and multiple bars on site.  

FAQ How many stages will there be?

There are two stages; the main stage in the Hangar plus a second stage outside in the VIP area.

FAQ Are there any age restrictioins?

For safety reasons, children under 6 are not allowed in the concert areas. All persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to gain access to the concert areas. The organizer declines all responsibility for any problems arising from a breach of this rule
